Working plan for EU Construction Products Regulation published

On 16 December 2025, the Commission published the first work plan for the development of harmonised technical specifications under the (new) EU Construction Products Regulation (Regulation (EU) 3110/2024). The working plan summarises the key procedural steps and explains the legal context. However, its core element is the timetable, which sets out targets for the product families in Annex VII of the EU Construction Products Regulation, including for the standardisation requests and the submission of harmonised standards.
