Career

Viktoria Werner studied law in Cologne and Shanghai, specializing in International and European law. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at a large German law firm. After passing her first state examination in 2023, Viktoria Werner gained experience in the field of Business and Human Rights during an internship at an international NGO. She then completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne. During this time, she spent time at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the Corporate Social Responsibility department and at an international law firm in the field of environmental, social and governance (ESG). She also completed a placement at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. She has been working as a lawyer at FRANSSEN NUSSER since February 2026.

Viktoria Werner's practice focuses primarily on environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
