Dr. Marthe-Louise Fehse
Dr. Marthe-Louise Fehse is a partner at FRANSSEN NUSSER. She specialises in product law, particularly construction product law, corporate organisation and compliance, accreditation law and contract law. In these areas, her legal work primarily involves advising companies operating as economic actors on the European market and trade associations.
Career and areas of expertise
Dr. Marthe-Louise Fehse studied law in Münster and Athens. She completed her legal training in the district of the Berlin Court of Appeal, including a stint at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety. She received her doctorate from the Technical University of Darmstadt in 2017 with a thesis on the EU Construction Products Regulation. She has been admitted to the bar since 2017 and specialises in product safety and product environmental law as well as accreditation law.
Dr. Fehse advises manufacturers, importers and distributors of products on all issues relating to legally compliant market access and product liability. She also supports business and industry associations on legal and strategic issues relating to product law.
