Expert opinion and guidelines on the reuse of construction products published

On behalf of the Berlin Senate Department for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection and Environment, FRANSSEN NUSSER has prepared a comprehensive expert opinion on the legal challenges and practical solutions for the reuse of construction products by public actors in the state of Berlin. The report covers aspects of waste law, construction product law and building regulations law, as well as warranty issues and tax law topics. It not only analyses and presents the current legal situation, but also makes suggestions for dealing with the challenges in practice and concrete proposals for improving the legal framework for the reuse of construction products.

The report is accompanied by a practical guide that summarises the abstract content of the expert opinion for practitioners.
